I AM GONE

I am gone man, just solid gone
No lights shine now where it once shone,
All is now darkness, no hint of a spark,
Nothing can live now that it is dark.
Flowers and leaves are all the same colour and hue,
Everything is the same, what is there to do.
There is no use crying, there is nobody to hear,
But you can blame the people who did not hold life so dear.
They played around and fooled with their tools of destruction,
Now the world is quiet, nothing is working.
They always said they were only to be used as a deterrent,
But they lied and now that is apparent.
No one now to bomb or to be threatening,
The world is dead or are you forgetting.
Due to mans incredible lust
There is nothing left now but dust.
No voice to say I told you so,
Even the radiation has gone, so no sickly glow.
This is the voice of your Mother Earth calling,
There no one now to stop me from falling.
